Ruby and diamond sunburst earrings

A pair of button earrings of radiating design, mounted in white gold, with a bombé circular body from which rays extend in a crown formation. Each is centred by a round brilliant-cut diamond, within a double row of round brilliant-cut Burmese rubies of vivid red colour and good transparency, stated to be free of thermal treatment and claw-set. The perimeter sunburst comprises baguette and tapered baguette-cut diamonds, claw-set on radiating channels. Clip fittings with post; mount with openwork gallery to the reverse.
